A few months ago I went to get my new car checked again to pass the state inspection. It was my second time there, and has been my last. I was disrespected and I wasted my time driving all the way to laurel when they told me over the phone I was able to come in to finish my inspection. But they said no one was able to see me that day. I walked right out and went to look somewhere else to get my car checked to pass and get my tags. I will never come to this establishment again. They called me the next day acting like they weren't disrespectful and dishonest to me. The worst customer service I have ever received from a mechanic.

Great team got me in and out in two days great bunch of people

Fast and good service. Needed headlights replaced on my vehicle. I called and was told to bring the car right in. It took less than 30 minutes from the time that I exited my vehicle to getting back into it after the work was completed. I will definitely return to Allstar for future automotive needs.

I got the work done last week. The job is done very good. Some repair was paid by Car Shield. The repairs which were not covered and paid by me were overly charged than other car body shops. I found out that other shops could have done the job for much reasonable rate. That was really disappointing. Next time I will have it done through other body shops.

I brought my car in for an alignment dropoff appointment for 1PM, person called at 5PM asked to keep the car overnight, so the work can be performed correctly. As it turned out, the extra time was to up sale for tires, and other parts, which i didn’t mind. However it appears they were so focused on the sales, because the alignment issues wasn’t resolved. The car is almost undriveable.

Following a second opinion from a third shop that identified the core issue with my vehicle, I returned to Allstar Automotive. Your team not only provided an accurate quote but also offered helpful financing options to assist with the cost of the service. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and support. I will certainly return to your shop for any future vehicle maintenance needs. PS: Make sure all screws are tighten (inside joke)
