They need to bring Alex back, the new Manager was completely rude and dismissive right off the bat, he lied and said they don’t fix tires, then tried to say they didn't have enough time, i’ve been bringing my car here for the past 5 years with no problems or complaints till now, the rest of the staff is amazing.
