Dental & Vision Coverage
- All Star Automotive covers 50% of the employee cost for Dental and Vision plans.
- Employees are responsible for the remaining 50% of their selected coverage.
Life Insurance
- Company-paid life insurance coverage of $25,000 for all employees.
- Optional voluntary life insurance available through Cincinnati (employee-paid).
Medical Cost Sharing
- All Star Automotive contributes 50% of Liberty Family Medicine membership costs (up to $150 per month).
- For Sedera memberships, All Star contributes up to $150 toward employee
- membership fees.
- Employees are responsible for any Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA)
Voluntary Benefits
- Assurity offers Accident, Critical Illness, and Short-Term Disability coverage
(employee-paid).
- Additional voluntary life insurance options available through Cincinnati (employee-
paid).
Retirement
401(k) plan with 3% company match, 100% immediate vesting. Eligible after 90 days
